Precautions for use of destoner machine:
Before starting the destoner machine, check whether there is any foreign materials on the screen surface and the fan, whether the fasteners are loose, and turn the belt pulley by hand. If there is no abnormal sound, it can be started. During normal operation, the feeding material of the destoner machine shall be continuously and evenly dropped along the width of the screen surface. The flow adjustment shall be based on the rated output, and the flow shall not be too large or too small. The thickness of the material layer shall be appropriate, and the air flow can not penetrate the material layer, but also make the material suspend or semi suspend.

When the flow rate is too large, the feeding layer on the working face is too thick, which will increase the resistance of air flow to penetrate the material layer, resulting in the material not reaching the semi suspension state, reducing the stone removal effect; If the flow rate is too small, the feeding layer of the working face is too thin, which is easy to be blown through by the air flow. The automatic layering of the materials on the upper layer and the stones on the bottom layer will be damaged, thus reducing the stone removal effect.

When the destoner machine is working, there should be appropriate grain storage inside of destoner  to prevent the material from directly rushing to the screen surface to affect the suspension state, thus reducing the stone removal efficiency. In order to avoid uneven airflow distribution caused by materials failing to cover the working face when the machine is just started,grain shall be paved on the working face in advance. During normal operation, the blanking distribution in the width direction of the working face shall be uniform.
