The Intensive Dampener is the main equipment for wheat water regulation in the process of wheat cleaning in flour mills.It can stabilize the wheat dampening quantity, ensure the dampening of wheat grain evenly, improve the grinding performance, enhance the bran toughness, reduce the endosperm strength and reduce the adhesion of bran and endosperm which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of grinding and powder sieving.Besides, it is helpful to improve the flour extraction yield and quality. The machine has advantages of high output, low energy consumption, light weight, high dampening volume, homogeneous dampening, stable and reliable and low wheat crushing rate. In the process of dampening to the wheat it plays a role of cleaner.It's suitable for technical transformation in large, medium and small flour mill and the selection of new flour mills.
Features
The dampener has induction switch in the feeding tube. when the wheat in feed tube has a certain flow, the induction switch works. At the same time, the solenoid valve of dampening system open, the water system supply water. When the feed pipe is empty, the water system will stop water supply.

Fan blades:
surface will get heat treatment which will make it more wear-resisting with long service life. The fan blades are arranged in spirals on the low-speed rotating shafts, and when the paddle flips the material, some material is pushed forward. And as the cylinder is tilted upward, other material flow down by gravity to be mixed again so that the water evenly distributes in each wheat grain, finally achieves the good dampening effect;
Dampening system:
Water through the inlet of the floating ball valve flows into the constant-level water tank, and through the cut-off valve, solenoid valve, automatic control valve, flow control valve, rotor flowmeter from the discharging tube flows into the mixer's water nozzle to begin the process of dampening.
The upper lid can be opened at any time to check the dampening condition.
